Problem after coming back for sleep mode

Hi,
When i choose to suspend, everything works fine and the pc suspends. However after unsuspending it, i face the screen on the attachment file.
I already tried some solutions that i have found on the internet, about suspend problem, but the same things always happens :(
I hope someone could help me fix it...

EDIT:
This problem only occurs with the Cinnamon version. I am now on Mate 14, and everything it's fine!

Problem solved thanks to the guys on IRC Chat :)

For those who have the same problem, you should go to Additional Drivers and select a new driver for the Nvidia Card!
