Error Message When I Insert Blank CD/DVD

I am running Linux Mint 14 - Cinnamon. I get the error message attached below whenever I insert a blank CD/DVD, even though after the error message the appropriate app to handle it (K3B) loads over the top of the error message. What am I doing wrong, or do I need to change?

Nothing wrong it seems to be a bug in mint? or Cinnamon 14? Nemo? and never got an answer or confirmation.

Same issue when ejecting CD first time fine. After Second ejecting then get error everytime.

Seems Nemo or Mint not handling devices right?
