Program Loading Issue
I'm having a bit or a strange problem but its not crippling, just really inconvenient. For most all programs i'm running (chrome, viewing my files, etc) the program is less responsive and seems to load quicker if my cursor is outside the "window" that the program is viewable in. When I move the cursor out of the window the program will either immediately catch up or start loading everything much quicker.Is there something I can do to fix this or is this a know issue? I appreciate all the help

Nevermind, somehow the problem has resolved itself. I think it was a graphics driver issue... Thanks anyway!
