Which system configyration editor is the ebst for Mint14+Cinnamon? Under Ubuntu i was using gconf-editor. Which editor do i need now?

Gnome 3 uses dconf-editor, from the dconf-tools package. I think you need that for Cinnamon also.

Edit: and you had this in Installation & Boot section, so moved it here :wink:

in synaptic is it:
package dconf?
or
package dconf-tools?
