steam for linux/adobe flash

Postby kingnick42 on Sat Dec 15, 2012 10:48 pm

So, I installed adobe flash from the package manager, but when trying to download Team Fortress two in Steam for Linux it prompts me to get adobe flash, linking me to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?no_redirect. However, none of the download options there are supported by the package manager.

Does anyone know how I can get this to work?

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.

Flash player is already pre-installed in Linux Mint. It may be better to take this thread the the Steam forums. Sounds like a problem with the game you're trying to download and the steam client rather than Mint.
