I use privateinternetaccess.com - they run a vpn - although it doesn't hide my IP from websites, my ISP doesn't know what I'm doing, as I'm on a different encrypted network.

There are many ways available to hide IP.You can use proxy server or VPN or online to hide your IP. After that you can check your IP from Ip-Details.com whether it is hide or not from public view.
