How can I change my avatar?

How can I change my avatar?

I want to upload a picture and use it as my avatar on this forum but It seems to me there's no option to do that!! :? :?

You do so from the user control panel: ucp.php?i=profile&mode=avatar. Note that you can not upload from your computer, but must provide a link to an image on another website. For example, upload your image to http://tinypic.com/ and then copy the download link it gives you and enter that on the user control panel. Note the maximum dimensions of the image, and the file size restriction!
