Using two network adapters wifi?

The problem is this - I built wifi Intel 5300 AGN adapter that works correctly. But when an external usb adapter Alfa AUS036N, he began to work, but after turning off I can not activate more integrated Intel module 5300. Can I do so I can use them both and adapter, but without breaks built adapter Intel 5300?

OS Linux MInt 14 cinnamon, Fujitsu Lifebook e8420.
