I think Linux Mint needs to implement professional support services through:
1- Official documentation
2- Support websites
3- Online support
Actually I have come across many highly skilled professionals on this forum who can do the job

Perhaps you want to flesh that idea out a bit more, because official documentation is available from the website, we have the forums, and chat channels. I'm imagining you mean you want to monetize these as a service somehow, so there can be a full-time paid support staff. But if you currently get that for free, what is the incentive/difference for users to want to pay?

I'm speaking of websites like http://www.ubuntugeek.com/ and http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/index.html also official websites giving users tips and tricks
