Real stream vs. Flash movie, I suppose.
When I clicked the streamtheworld link you provided, I got a message about Adobe Flash player being required. So I figured that link was some kind of flash movie, with nothing more than a player as video part. That's not the type Radio Tray can use, so I looked at
http://www.mikesradioworld.com/ and this did have WABC listed, but that stream link didn't work anymore. Google (well, startpage.com, actually) led me to the provisioning link which did.
Should I use this technique for other radio stations in Radio Tray?
No idea. I guess you could try.
In my experience stream links can simply disappear overnight, because the people/companies providing them rearrange things (or disappear themselves). Whenever that happens I usually visit the website of the radio station involved and look for info. If that doesn't help and mikesradioworld doesn't have a new link, I just do a search and experiment with the results.
