Change Icon Size In Cinnamon Theme

Working on my first cinnamon theme and ran into an issue I cannot figure out how to solve. Is there a way in the css file to set the size of the icon that displays in the panel launcher and window list applets? Any help would be appreciated. Fiddled with a bunch of stuff and can't seem to change this anywhere.
