Icon theme question

I like this icon theme: http://www.upubuntu.com/2013/01/the-my- ... dated.html. But for Mint, do i need to run this command gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface icon-theme 'my-humanity'??

After installing do they show up in the Cinnamon>Themes>Other Settings>Icon theme?
