Cheese keeps crashing after I start recording video

Cheese keeps crashing after I start recording video

Hello all, I relatively new to the Linux world although I did dabble with Mint back in 2009.

Anyways, the problem that I'm having is that when I'm in Cheese, I can take pictures with no problem but when I'm in video mode and I click on "Record a video", it just immediately closes itself. Does anybody know how I can prevent this? Do I need to install some extra driver or something? I'm using a PS2 EyeToy for my webcam. Thank you very much. :)

Try another app, camorama, for example...
Using LM13 MATE (Desktop), LM14 Cinnamon (Netbook)
HP Pavilion dv2-1110us, AMD Athlon Neo 64, 1.6 GHz, ATI Radeon Graphics 3400, Broadcom BCM4322 wireless card
