External USB 3.0 Hard Drive Recommendations for Mint 14?

I am looking to purchase an External USB 3.0 Hard Drive (320GB or 500GB) to back up my 120GB SSD that has Linux Mint 14 on it, Anyone have recommnendations on what they have used successfully on Mint?

Hi crconti. Your USB 3 controller is probably more relevent than the drive maker. I can confirm that AMD and NEC seem to work well with LM14.
Any of the Seagates or WD ext drives should be fine. Though I suggest though that you buy at least a 1Tb drive. You will find plenty of uses for the space over the next years.
