3- Online support

Perhaps you want to flesh that idea out a bit more, because official documentation is available from the website, we have the forums, and chat channels. I'm imagining you mean you want to monetize these as a service somehow, so there can be a full-time paid support staff. But if you currently get that for free, what is the incentive/difference for users to want to pay?
