Linux Mint professional support services

Post by Brahim Salem »

I think Linux Mint needs to implement professional support services through:
1- Official documentation
2- Support websites
3- Online support
Actually I have come across many highly skilled professionals on this forum who can do the job :D :D

Perhaps you want to flesh that idea out a bit more, because official documentation is available from the website, we have the forums, and chat channels. I'm imagining you mean you want to monetize these as a service somehow, so there can be a full-time paid support staff. But if you currently get that for free, what is the incentive/difference for users to want to pay?

I'm speaking of websites like http://www.ubuntugeek.com/ and http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/index.html also official websites giving users tips and tricks :D

I think Linux Mint needs to implement professional support services through:

1- Official documentation (Like fedoraproject.org)
2- Support websites (like ubuntugeek.com)
3- Online support (like ubuntu.com/support)

This should be available on the official website.

Actually I have come across many highly skilled professionals on Linux Mint forum who can do the job. :D :D :D
