Need To Install Specific Icons On The LMDE Taskbar

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions here. I am running JRivers Media Jukebox in Windows XP SP3 which is installed into Oracle's VirtualBox within LMDE. In short, I'm listening to that Jukebox in the VirtualBox as I am using LMDE for my other computing needs. I have one other program which I use that must run in Windows (Neither WINE nor CrosOver will make these run in LMDE).

My question: Is there a way to put the icons to open those two programs on the LMDE taskbar???
