Remmina not displaying properly in fullscreen mode

Using Linux Mint 13 Mate on a Dell Inspiron 6000. When I switch to fullscreen mode, the image shifts down and right so the edge and bottom are off the screen. It also fails to scroll when the remote desktop is bigger than the laptop display. It worked perfectly in Ubuntu 10.04.

I failed to mention that the remote PC's are running XP with TightVNC server. I tried some other viewers and can't find one with autoscrolling like Remmina. Any ideas yet?
