Newb to mint

Wow, this has got to be the easiest to learn distro ever. I don't say that lightly either, I have been playing with linux for about 10 years and even took a couple of college courses for it. I love it and it has been less than 24 hours :lol:
I first put it on a laptop I had from when I was in Iraq in '06, ancient hardware and it works great. This morning I replaced my Win8 on my 3 year old pos laptop, working great.
Now I have to make it talk to the windows comps on my network and all will be unicorns and rainbows. :D

Thanks for the welcome. The more I with mint the more I like it.

I think the only meme for me is an old man with long gray hair producing some crazy EDM. ( house,dub...etc)

Once I learn Mint better, I hope to be able to help test and support any way I can.
