Linux Mint 14 battery status file

I'm hoping someone can answer this as this is a pretty advanced question.
I'm wanting to know what file the battery information is recorded to. I believe in previous versions it was found here:

/proc/acpi/battery/BAT*/state

But I don't see that directory any longer in LM 14.

Let me update by asking where does the battery information presented in this screenshot come from, what file?
