Hi,
I want to install the Ubuntu Software Center and have tried, with no luck. Do not any GUI installer software so need to do this manually.

This is the result, yet when I go to the Menu and search for it. Its not there?

Try Menu -> Administration -> Ubuntu Software Center. My OS is Linux Mint 13 Maya Mate.

There is no Administration option to select?

Try to launch the program manually. Type this command:
Anyway, I prefer to use Menu -> Administration -> Synaptic Package Manager

That worked fine thanks for your help, have also install Synaptic as well
