Troubles with videocard ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650

Mint 14 64bit
I downloaded drivers from official site (AMD Catalyst™ 13.1 Proprietary Linux x86 Display Driver). Run installation. But it is failed:
Check if system has the tools required for installation.
Uninstalling any previously installed drivers.

Creating symlink /var/lib/dkms/fglrx/8.97.100.7/source ->
/usr/src/fglrx-8.97.100.7

DKMS: add completed.

Kernel preparation unnecessary for this kernel. Skipping...

Building module:
cleaning build area....
cd /var/lib/dkms/fglrx/8.97.100.7/build; sh make.sh --nohints --uname_r=3.5.0-17-generic --norootcheck.....(bad exit status: 1)
[Error] Kernel Module : Failed to build fglrx-8.97.100.7 with DKMS

AMD Radeon HD 2xxx-4xxx series card

The ATI drivers for these cards are now available in a separate branch called legacy series. Unfortunately these legacy drivers (version 12.6) have not been updated to work with Xorg 1.13.

If you own one of these cards you can either:

Use the default Open Source drivers which come with Linux Mint
Downgrade Xorg and install the Legacy ATI drivers as explained at http://www.ubuntuvibes.com/2012/10/how- ... egacy.html
