Suggestions for the best Jukebox or Media Player

Postby tlcmd on Sat Feb 16, 2013 10:13 am

Banshee is the default jukebox on LMDE. Is there a better one? Suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Banshee is quite capable and have you look into additional plugins for it?

Using KDE now myself and Clementine (less bloated Amarok) has a lot more than banshee. Cinnamon,Mate,etc.. you can install it.

Tho you will be pulling in a lot of KDE libraries & dependences also. If that isn't a concern then find in software library and install.

Rythmbox was the default player before banshee. You could look at it maybe.
