I have been trying out various things with grub menu.lst and I want it so it boots like debian (with the scrolling text).
I can get it to boot with text but it's far too large any ideas how to sort it? nosplash vga=791 didn't work.

I dont have anything againt the splash but the other way looks cool.

Sorry I should have said in my first post that I'm just left with a blank screen when booting using nosplash vga=791, same with nosplash deleted or quiet deleted out.
