Can't change Proxy settings ?? (Mint 13)

Mint 12 I can change Proxy settings to Direct Internet Connection -> Manual -> Auto, and the I click Button "Appy System wide"
Now I Installed Mint 13 32-bit Mate and there are those tics, but not "Appy System wide" Button.

The connection is allways Direct Internet connection, and not working with Cable, beacuse in the company must use Proxyconf.pac.

Where is the Button?

Also settings with Termilal will be help me.... like "sudo use-proxy-http://proxyconf.pac" =)
