how can i install drivers for nvidia geforce 8400gs

sudo apt-add-repository ppa:xorg-edgers/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install nvidia-current nvidia-settings

After that you can change driver (if you want to) through: Menu->Preferences->Software Sources->Additional Drivers Tab.
I use prioprietary driver instead open source because I had problems with open source and memory allocation.
