Hi all,
I installed Mint 14 MATE and just after install I started poking around trying to change the font rendering. I managed to screw everything up and now my fonts look terrible. Can somebody tell me how do I restore the default font settings in MATE?
Thanks

Re: [MATE] How to restore fonts to their default settings
Hi,
Here are the "out-of-the-box" font settings in LM14 mate - taken from a live usb:
I'd just go to Appearance > Fonts and change each setting manually.
I don't know that there is a command to do it.

Thank you for your answer, but my problem is with the font rendering. If you look at the image, all 4 options are selected and at the same time neither is selected (not sure you can understand). That is my main problem right now.

Here is the Font Rendering Screen - again, these are the default settings from the live usb.
