Realtek 8192ce wireless driver install to multicom??

Hey, i just installed Linux mint 14 Cinnamon 64bit on my Multicom Xishan W370E computer. I searched around the web for 4 hours and have read about every article about realtek wireless driver missing on linux installs, but can't seem to fix my problem. Could someone step by step help me get this wireless card installed and working on my computer? I have succesfully installed "sudo apt-get install build-essential" but when i try to execute any of the commands people say worked for them, nothing happens. When i type iwconfig, it says no wireless extentions on bolth.
