Routers

Reading on the net that Linux and routers don't really mix! I'm locking at the Linksys E4200v2. I would connect my PC hard wire. Would that be ok?

What :?: What have you been reading :?:...Don't know about the E4200v2...My Linksys(at work don't know model #) Works with Linux Mint 13 & 14,PCLinuxOS hard Wired, Linux Mint 9 & 13 Laptops by Wireless...I think you will Be OK :) :)

I'd like to know who wrote that? My Linksys router runs a custom firmware based on Linux.
