Pdf Text way too Light!

In KDE 4.10 not all pdf's are readable. But one the text is way too light.
Making for difficult if not impossible to read in Ockular.

Is this a Theme issue? as using a dark theme. or a pdf issue?
Seems to be a pdf issue as others look fine.
And how can one change a pdf text color? as it seems Okular doesn't have much in way of setting reading preferences.

Program that allows editing these kind of things and re-saving them?

Just to let you know: can't see your png file, no link. I don't use Ockular all that often, but all is well with my rather dark theme in KDE 4.10.

Thanks don't know what happened to the .png as was uploaded to the forum and displayed fine before the migration of the forum last week.

And seems to be an issue with just that pdf file. So will have to look into pdf editors that will allow me to change font colors and re-save.
