Linux Mint future DE's
I was wondering whether Linux Mint should think of forking a new desktop environment, I mean something which is not mainstream like Unity, to appeal to a wider community BTW I still think Mint should have an Ultimate Edition like OpenSuse does. They can release it last after KDE edition. I would love it

Re: Linux Mint future DE's
Personally, I would very much like with the main desktop outside of Linux Mint if Linux Mint KDE. Undoubtedly, it is the most complete desktop and most stable desktop in the Linux World today. Even though I do not think Clem and the Linux Mint Team think the same. I would love that KDE was the default desktop in Linux Mint.-
Alternative editions also exist with Mate, Cinnamon, XFCE and LXDE. I do not think it's a good idea to make a version with Unity ..... Greetings.-
