Hey Folks! I'm posting to let you all know that I have written in to Audible.com in regards to creating a version of their software to run on Linux.
Here is the response I got back:

Dear Listener,

Thank you for sending us your Great Ideas and your feedback regarding Audible becoming compatible with Linux.

Your feedback will contribute to our constant quest to improve the Audible experience. We take every Great Idea into consideration as we work to build and evolve our services. I have forwarded your email to a handful of teams so that they may incorporate your suggestions into their projects.

We hope you will write to us again if you have any additional comments. We're always happy to hear from you at greatideas@audible.com

Sincerely,
Andrew R. - Account Specialist

If you all could use the above email and write in to Audible.com as well, I am sure that if enough people request, that Amazon will create software for Linux.
We all should contribute to the community as in turn it will help each one of us as a whole. Please write to Audible.com even if you don't subscribe. As I
stated, it helps the Linux community as a whole and keeps forward movement happening. Thanks!
