Windows got corrupted how to restore?

Post by sschoe2 »

Hi all I bought a second hard drive for Linux Mint and was going to keep the first for Vista. Anyways i've been using mint (64 bit Cinnamin Nadia) for a few months and when I tried to get back into windows I couldn't. It wouldn't boot at all nor give me a menu for safe mode or system restore. I tried to reinstall vista but that didn't work either. How can I restore Windows and hopefull leave mint alone.

Hi sschoe2,

I would give boot-repair a try first.
