Hi,
after booting to the GUI-login-screen of my Linux Mint 14, my mouse and keyboard don't react for about 30 seconds. After that everything is fine. It came out of nowhere. I didn't install anything and didn't change anything as far as I can remember. For a few months everything worked just fine.
Does anybody have an idea how to fix this? Sorry for any missing information. I'm quite new to Mint and don't know what you might need. Just ask and I will get it.

"Power off the system, then uplug the power cord for a minute. Don't just flip a power strip button, pull the cord out of the back of the PC. (If it's a laptop, pull the battery too.) Then plug it back in and power on."
