Dear all,
I've just installed Linux Mint on my workstation. (Arch Linux was installed before, but I've performed a clean install, I think)
I downloaded the .iso, created a DVD, and the installation process was complete in a few minutes.
After restart, the computers boots OK, and the login screen is displayed. But I've lost the mouse and keyboard, and thus I'm not able to log in. Both worked OK during installtion, but nothing happens when I try to type or move the mouse when the login screen is displayed.
Both the keyboard and the mouse are connected through usb.
(I've run through the installation twice, and got the same result both times.)
Any tips?
Kind regards
KML

Re: Installation OK (I think) but no keyboard or mouse after
I tried to remove the "ask for password after boot", and with auto-login, it seems to work. Big step forward...
