Can't open Cinnamon settings

It's listed here as fixed and closed. I'm using the same version he's using and the same version of Mint.

Have patience. I'm sure the fix will make it into the next release, and you'll have it soon.

Oh, okay. I thought the fix might have already been added. No hurries.

Couldn't set my clock, so went ahead and manually overwrote the two key files which resolved the issue.
