I was trying out Mint 14.1 Cinnamon (hopefully upgrade from 13 Mate) and noticed an annoying problem. (This was a fresh install on a formatted HD) After 14.1 started I would get "Notifications" popup on the screen saying that the "wired connection had failed" and "reconnecting". This kept going all the time I was online at intervals of 5-10 seconds. The OS ran flawlessly as does 13 Mate, but I figured I would let you guys know. Is it something I have done or is there a "glitch"?

Never mind. I have reverted back to Mint 13 Mate. I will wait for a few more months and try again with the update.
