Just installed Mint 14 with MATE on a new 17R Dell laptop. Everything works fine so far except for one thing. When I open an application I usually expect the button to appear in my bottom panel. Instead, they are appearing in the top panel which makes that area very cluttered (I have some existing widgets there.. sysmon, weather, app shortcuts, ect).
Is there a way to force the open application buttons/bars to appear in my bottom panel?
How to get the open application buttons in a diff panel?

Fixed - didn't have my glasses on earlier. I found the window bar placeholder, unlocked it, and moved it to my bottom bar.
thanks.
