Locked out of Linux Mint

Postby Viking64 on Sun Mar 31, 2013 5:13 am

The system idle feature works, but I was just locked out of Linux Mint, and had to do a hard reboot. The only things visible is the screen image and a black bar at the top with my username and the time. How do I stop this from happening again?

P.S. The system was in idle mode.

P.P.S. The system comes out of idle, but the window that I type my username and password to let me unlock desktop does not appear.

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.
