Been using a distribution of Linux for one purpose or another since SlackWare 1.6 was the newest release. Started my own hosting company and ran it all the way through Red Hat 5 on my servers before deciding to try it as a front line desktop environment as well. Since then, I have used just about every major distribution for some period and settled on SuSE for many years. Started to hear a lot of good things about Ubuntu and gave it a go. Hmmm, think it was around 9.* and it worked okay, but never seemed polished enough.
Fast forward to today...MINT! This has feels like the most polished distribution wrapped around the Linux kernel I have tried so far and I am hooked! Anyway, not a guru by any means. Hope to be able to help where I can.
