HOWTO: Fix fullscreen youtube staggering under Google Chrome

I ran into a problem where I could watch youtube videos fine only when the video was NOT fullscreen. When fullscreen, the video continues but staggers a lot. In my case this problem was related to the Adobe Flash plugin. To fix this problem do the following steps:

1: Deinstall mint-flashplugin (using any preferred package manager)
2: Install flashplugin-installer (using any preferred package manager)
3: Launch Google Chrome
4: Type "chrome://plugins/", without quotes in the search panel and press enter
5: Press on details in the upper right corner
6: Locate the Adobe Flash Plugin in the list below
7: Disable the plugin version with location = /opt/google/chrome/PepperFlash/libpepflashplayer.so
8: Enable the plugin version with location = /usr/lib/flashplugin-installer/libflashplayer.so
9: Restart Google Chrome and enjoy
