I installed Mint 14 x64 last night alongside Windows 7. I chose my 2 user accounts from Windows 7, "kevin" and "bonnie", to be imported to Mint--there appeared to be no problem at installation. During installation, I created a Mint user named "kevin", and, post-installation, I created a Mint user named "bonnie" (both as administrators).
When I log into Mint as "kevin", I can see in the organization of the files, that the Windows 7 user account, "kevin", has been matched to the Mint user of the same name. Meaning, that my Windows "Documents" became my Mint "Documents", and the same for "Pictures", "Music", etc. However, when signed in as "bonnie", this matching of the accounts is not seen. The "bonnie" files are still accessible, but the user accounts did not sync, per se. When I click on the Mint "Bookmarks", all are empty. Does anyone know how I can have the Mint "bonnie" account synced with the Windows "bonnie" account?
Kevin (or "kevin")
P.S. "bonnie" thanks you, too
