Hello ppl,
Yesterday had a fresh Nadia installation for the first time.
When I tried to install dropbox (by downloading rpm from here ), the download stopped at about 70% and couldn't complete it.
Since that time, the software center doesn't work, when I open it it says :
E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'sudo dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.
E: _cache->open() failed, please report.
I tried this command in terminal and the last line in the output is this one :
Downloading Dropbox... 100%
and it doesn't do anything more.
Any idea how to fix this problem ?

you mean synaptic package manager , right ?
not software manager.
how do I remove and then reinstall it ?

open synaptic search & select your install s/w then re-install it or remove it ( not complete remove) then install.
as I know only one synaptic manager is present.

I thought you were saying to reinstall synaptic, not to reinstall dropbox.
Case solved after I understood your true meaning ...
I removed and then reinstall the software and it's fine now.
