Request for 32bit OEM Linux Mint 13 edition

I refurbished PCs and often get older Pentium 4 or Celeron systems which originally came with Windows XP, i would like to put Linux Mint 13 OEM edition on them so when the next person receives the computer it will be ready for them to enter their own details on first bootup. Unfortunately the older PCs which only have 32bit CPUs won't work with the 64bit OEM versions (i have tried) and there is no 32bit OEM version of Linux mint 13 or 14.
I attempted to alter a standard 32bit iso to work the same way as the 64bit oem edition but it wouldn't work properly. I would therefore be grateful if someone could produce an 32bit OEM edition of Linux mint 13 or 14 for me to download.
I am happy to pay someone $30 for doing this or donate the same amount to linux mint community.
