Linux Mint forum needs improvements
I think Linux Mint forum needs new options like "like" ,"thanks" besides report and quote tabs. We also need more smileys and animation like on Ultimate Edition OZ forum. We also need to be able to upload avatars and big files

Gah! No, I think it's fine the way it is.
Re: Linux Mint forum needs improvements
Ok don't get mad at me Mybe it needs just a lilttle and only a little improvement
Re: Linux Mint forum needs improvements
Also, it will be a good if the post is a question or problem an option to mark it as solved - instead of manually editing the subject. This is probably suggested elsewhere and debated. Just saying...

Re: Linux Mint forum needs improvements
Each to there own. A polite " not to my liking" would have been sufficient.
Good day sir.

Re: Linux Mint forum needs improvements
It would be a really big improvement if pages would load fast instead of waiting up to a minute for a page sometimes.

Direct avatars would be nice--I'm working on mine. And a woopin fast server.
Re: Linux Mint forum needs improvements
sevenforums.com isn't too garish is it? But i have to say i quite like the simplicity of the Mint forum. I do like the idea of "solved" though.

Re: Linux Mint forum needs improvements
Let's just stay with the way it is. Remember: when it ain't broken, don't fix it.
It works good, it's pretty on the eyes, so why chance it into a carnival of colors and pictures? The idea is to ask questions and to get good help. That's why we are here, right? No, please don't chance anything.

Re: Linux Mint forum needs improvements
This forum is alright, it could definitely get a slight upgrade when it comes to the interface though...
I'm a big fan of elementary's style myself and how they have executed their websites.
I feel like Linux Mint would become even bigger with a whole revamp of the forum as well as the website itself.
