How do I stop kdesudo opening a box telling me that 'no command arguments have been supplied' after a fresh boot?
Kdesudo konqueror is working just fine.
I have checked autostart in .kde but it is not that.

I am not sure I understand the question. You should not be using kdesudo in kde. The command you want is kdesu. The only time you need to use kdesu is when you need to do something as root. The rest of the time you should be running as a normal user.

and
/etc/xdg/autostart/*.desktop
there maybe a kdesudo command with no arguments in there somewhere.

Bantam,
I was having this problem too.
KDE (I think by default) is set to save your session on logout, and restore when you log back in. It's likely that something running in your current session caused the problem and is getting saved and then causing the problem on your next login. I don't know where you can examine what's saved in the current session, but you might try shutting down as many apps as you can and then rebooting.
