I have been having a small issue with hooking my LG smartphone to my HP 6910p running Linux Mint 15 Olivia (also same issue on 14 Nadia). What happens is everytime I hook the phone via USB 2.0 (even just as charge w/o connecting as drive) the SIM instantly goes offline and gives me a "not registered on network error then have to restart phone to fix it.
Has anyone else had this or a similar problem? I have been playing with settings on both the phone and OS and no luck resolving so far.

Btw, not sure if it makes a difference but the phone is an LG 800 (T-Mobile My Touch edition)
