Back off the bandwagon

Postby Matt4179 on Fri Sep 13, 2013 8:17 pm

I got a windows 8 computer after doing some distro hopping and was alright with it as the new start menu reminded a little of the dash in Gnome 3. I tried the Win8.1 update and my computer said no. Actually the only thing my laptop would do was was go into a boot loop to a BSOD and start all over again. So I put Ubuntu on here (Samsung Series 7 Chronos) and fell back in love with Linux. Te kiccker was, I tried Cinnamon instead of Ubuntu, and really loved the workspace set up. So, I decided to go ahead and put Mint on here. Wow. I am in love with this distro. Absolutely awesome.

Try Mint-KDE-14
It's stable, and very similar to Windoz
I'm hooked
