Hello all. I'm new to both Linux in general and Mint specifically. I've just installed Mint 14 Nadia on a separate hard drive (D: - although Nadia is calling it H for some reason) from XP. I much prefer Mint to Ubuntu, which I've also tried. I'm eventually going to want to unmount the XP (C) drive and mount the Mint installation (Gods! I almost wrote 'mount Nadia').
I imagine I'll find the answer to how to do that somewhere in another forum, so for now I'll be reading posts and soon be asking a lot of questions. I hope they're not stupid ones.

Enjoy your journey with Linux. Mint is good, Ubuntu is good.
I am sure when you're ready to mount Olivia she'll be waiting for you

Thanks for the welcomes. I didn't mean to imply I didn't like Ubuntu. I did. I do. I just like Mint more. It makes me feel all minty fresh. Probably my age showing, if my user-name and avatar didn't already give that away.
