Hi from the Netherlands

Hi! I'm Chris and I've had a dualboot WinXP / Linux Mint 15 for a few months now. Been mainly using it for internet and a little bit of LibreOffice Writer.
But now I've bought a cheap laptop with Win8 on it and after playing around with it for half an hour decided it was too awful to use.

So I've tried to install Mint and succeeded after a while (remember, I'm still a Linux noob). Some hardware still doesn't work but I like to tinker for myself before asking for help.

Anyway, now I'm a part of the Linux Mint community, because I'll never use Win8 again on my laptop
