During installation i dedicated my data drive to swap memory...
is swap partition deletes all data on drive?
is their any way to access files on swap partition ( not swap files)..

Why? can't figure out why you thought to do that?
No the swap partition is akin to the pagefile.sys used by Windows.
It is not a user partition it is a restricted partition used by programs and the OS to temporarily store data there.
If you did go thru with it then the data is most likely gone.
Others can chime in if changing it back to ext4 will fix the issue and getting your data back intact.
As I never heard of anyone that has done that before.

You could boot up the liveCD and rung gparted find the swap partition and change it back to what it was? Ntfs? windows partition?
and Don't format it just change it back to what it was before.
Tho I kind of doubt that will work but worth a try? Otherwise data is toast?
Like I said it's strange new waters I have never tread before.
So maybe more reading on google search may give you some insights.
